POROS PERLAWANAN – Dilansir Middle East Monitor, Parlemen Iran mengaku sedang mempersiapkan draf resolusi tentang perjanjian pertahanan dan keamanan untuk Poros Perlawanan yang akan ditandatangani bersama aliansinya, baik negara maupun aktor non-negara.
Meskipun aliansi informal sudah ada, tujuan dari perjanjian “ala NATO” ini adalah untuk mewajibkan para anggotanya menanggapi secara kolektif setiap serangan terhadap setiap anggota oleh Israel atau negara musuh lainnya.
Anggota “Poros Perlawanan” disebut termasuk Iran, Suriah, Hizbullah Lebanon, Pemerintah Yaman yang dipimpin Houthi, Pasukan Mobilisasi Populer Irak (PMF), Hamas, dan Jihad Islam Palestina.
Dilansir Fars News Agency, Wakil Parlemen Iran Abu Fadl Abu Trabi mengatakan pekerjaan saat ini sedang dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan tanda tangan yang diperlukan sehingga draf resolusi dapat disetujui untuk pembahasan dan pemungutan suara.
“Ketika Israel menyerang salah satu negara Poros Perlawanan atau jika Israel mengambil tindakan apa pun terhadap Poros ini, negara-negara anggota lain dari kelompok itu harus mengerahkan semua upaya mereka dalam aspek militer, ekonomi, dan politik untuk menangkal ancaman,” ujar Trabi.
Russia Today Arabic melaporkan parlemen di Teheran juga telah mengusulkan Undang-undang (UU) yang mewajibkan Pemerintah Iran mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan yang mengarah pada penghapusan Israel pada Maret 2041.
UU itu juga melarang negosiasi apa pun dengan Amerika Serikat tentang masalah non-nuklir dan memiliki pasal yang menetapkan Iran harus bekerja mengeluarkan pasukan AS dari wilayah tersebut.
Rancangan Undang-Undang (RUU) yang berjudul “Persyaratan untuk Bernegosiasi dengan Washington dan Mendukung Sekutu Teheran” itu memiliki 16 bab yang mengatur perlunya bekerja memecahkan blokade Israel di Jalur Gaza, “kembali ke Yerusalem” dan “pembebasan Golan (Suriah)”.
Rancangan tersebut juga mewajibkan Teheran memberikan bantuan kemanusiaan setiap tiga bulan sekali ke Yaman.
