Aktivis media Yaman ini dalam tweet lain menulis, ”6 tahun silam kami terbangun dari tidur akibat suara digempurnya Sanaa, Saadah, Imran, Aab, Dzamar, dan Hajjah. Namun hari ini Dinasti Saud yang terperanjat oleh gempuran ke Ras Tanurah, Rabigh, Yanbu, Jizan, dan al-Dammam.”
Jubir Angkatan Bersenjata Yaman, Yahya Saree dalam jumpa pers Jumat 26 Maret kemarin mengumumkan, Tentara Yaman telah melancarkan operasi militer besar ke wilayah Saudi.
Mengutip Saree, stasiun televisi al-Masirah melaporkan bahwa operasi tersebut menargetkan basis militer dan vital milik Saudi.
Saree menjelaskan, operasi ini dilakukan dengan 12 drone dan 8 rudal balistik ke kedalaman wilayah Saudi.
Dalam operasi tersebut, perusahaan minyak Aramco di Ras Tanurah, Yanbu, Rabigh, dan Jazan (Jizan), juga pangkalan udara Raja Abdulaziz di al-Dammam menjadi target serangan.
Jubir Angkatan Bersenjata Yaman menyatakan, Aramco diserang dengan 12 drone tipe Samad-3 dan 8 rudal tipe Dzulfiqar, Badr, dan Sair.
Ia menambahkan, beberapa basis militer lain di Najran dan Asir juga diserang dengan menggunakan 6 drone tipe Qasef-2K.
Seraya menegaskan bahwa operasi ini telah meraih tujuannya, Saree mengingatkan, ”Kami memperingatkan kepada pasukan penjahat agresor agar menghentikan agresi dan blokade rakyat (Yaman).”
Di akhir statemennya, Saree menandaskan bahwa para pejuang Yaman siap melakukan operasi militer yang lebih dahsyat.
Ia meminta dari korporasi asing dan warga sipil Saudi untuk menjauh dari target-target militer dan vital, sebab tempat-tempat itu adalah “target sah” untuk diserang Pasukan Yaman.
